  RUDE DELIVERY / INSTALL REPS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We recently purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Orville's Appliances on transit - no problems with purchase (help from Lisa) . When it came to delivery/ installation it was a nightmare. Out of the two men that were sent to install one of the men were completely rude and disrespectful towards our home. His name was Mason. Walking on our hardwood floors in snow covered boots ( when asked if they had booties to put on, he claimed they don't use them) blankets were then placed on the floor where he then continued to walk on the hardwood floors. Mason then started to unhook the existing washer & dryer while doing so marked up our walls. He then disconnected the water hose where instead of letting the water go into a bucket let it go all over the hardwood floors and walls completely unphased. We then asked that he please grab a bucket instead of let it go down the walls and on the floor. Mason claimed they didn't have one. Mason then started to walk out of the house with the new hoses that we had purchased for our new appliances, and was just going to leave the existing ones without saying anything. At this point we felt that ourselves and out home were being extremely disrespected. We then called Orville's to speak with a customer service rep about what was happening during installation. We spoke to 4 different individuals sue, Jill, Keith and Mark about the horrible experience we were having and all 4 people said there was nothing they could do. We decided that we would ask the installers to please place the new washer and dryer in our garage and stop the installation. We were assured we would receive a phone call from a manager later in the day. Around 3:30pm Mark the assistant delivery manager called. it was a very dissappionting conversation to say the least. Mark said we had no right to ask the installers to please removed their shoes while inside or to please put booties on. He told us that he personally would have let the installers do their job no matter any damange done to the home - Then call and complain. Sorry but that makes absolute no sense to us! Because we stopped the installation Mark said their is nothing he can do for the damage and disrespect to our home. REPEAT - TERRIBLE AND RUDE DELIVERY PERSONNEL AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not once did any rep apologize for the current situation we had on our hands. And to top it off the delivery rep Mason told me if I could do the job better to install it myself. Not to mention the assistant service manager mark said he spoke to us long enough and was too busy to give us the full names of his superiors / managers to discuss the matter with someone who had authority to correct the situation and he hung up.
